  • What kind of Tantra is this?
Our training is inspired by Tantra Yoga, particularly Swami Satyananda’s Kundalini Tantra from the Bihar School of Yoga, with a core focus on Kaula Tantra, which honors the body as a sacred temple. This left-hand path of Traditional Tantra emphasizes internal practices—mantras, chakra work, and yantra visualization—over external rituals. Rooted in personal mystical experiences with the Divine, the program integrates a Bhakti spirit while remaining non-dogmatic, offering practical tools to awaken inner power. Grounded in classical Tantra, especially the Pancha Makara (5 M’s), our system provides a clear, structured path to Kundalini awakening and Samadhi, presented in a practical, accessible format.
  • Does this training focus on awakening kundalini energy?
Yes, kundalini awakening is a natural part of this profound practice. Tantra yoga encompasses kundalini awakening, and during this training, you will be guided and supported through the powerful process of shedding old layers—such as limiting beliefs, fears, and conditions—and embracing a renewed sense of clarity, balance, and expansion. You will also learn how to integrate any transformational experiences brought by this primordial energy into your own unique expression. As a teacher, the confidence and wisdom gained from this practice will empower you to effectively guide others. Kundalini energy is carefully studied and practiced throughout the training
  • Is awakening the kundalini dangerous?
No, it is not when properly guided with integral wellbeing. One will face mental conditioning, trauma and emotional suppression, as the process makes way from the subconscious to become conscious. It is therefore important to ask yourself if you are ready to see and release what has been holding you back from your full potential. This is all done within the foundations of loving kindness. As one becomes aware of the science behind the chakras, a practical application of how to move one's kundalini becomes established. You will be guided in the method and the mystery, making this a safe place for you to activate and align to your higher self.
  • Will we be naked in the practices?
No, our aim is for you to strip down the masks and veils of limiting beliefs and to get ‘naked’ through becoming authentic. It is an intimate process held in a safe container and nakedness is used as a metaphor: In this way we unstitch the attachments we have - redefining if they are leading us towards what is of dharmic quality. We look at where detachment is needed, to give the proper energy current - to lead us in our aligned direction. We gain a new perspective on healthy attachment. This is all about taking our power back, taking personal responsibility - in releasing the old attachments that are not serving. While clarifying what we are choosing to attach ourselves to.
